VoxComm, once again part of the alliance launching the DEI Census 2023

VoxComm will be one more year again part of the marketing industry alliance launching the DEI Census wave 2 in March 2023 after a successful first edition (2021). The Census aims to re-examine the status of diversity, equity and inclusion in the marketing and advertising industry and analyses employees’ perceptions of their workplaces through a 15-minute survey covering 32 markets.

“As an industry, it is essential that we take the temperature of what our strengths and weaknesses are concerning DEI to build together a diverse, equitable, inclusive and belonging workspace in which we all have a voice. With this second wave we will be able to see where we have improved and where as an industry we need to work even closer together to drive further change. We are in a critical situation. This global industry baseline will provide us with a cross-cultural view and show us if we are on the right path,” said Tamara Daltroff, VoxComm President and EACA CEO.
