VoxComm, the global alliance of communications agency associations, has announced its new board for 2025-2027. This group of industry leaders will continue to drive the advocacy, thought leadership, and representation of agencies worldwide.
Charley Stoney, CEO of the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), has been officially appointed as President. Stoney had been serving as Interim President following the departure of former EACA CEO Tamara Daltroff, who moved on to a new role in November 2024.
Stepping into the Vice President role is Tony Hale, CEO of the Advertising Council Australia and current VoxComm board member, taking over from Marla Kaplowitz, CEO of the 4A’s in the US.
Charley Stoney, VoxComm President, says: “Taking on the role of VoxComm President is both an honour and a responsibility, and I am deeply appreciative of the collective strength of our industry. Every market faces its own unique challenges, yet when we come together, these experiences help us build a clearer picture of our global landscape. What I have learned through my time in VoxComm, first as IAPI CEO in Ireland and now in this new role at EACA, is that this industry is incredibly resilient. The solutions we need often already exist in another region, and by sharing knowledge, we can all move forward stronger. There’s so much incredible work happening across the globe. Let’s channel that momentum into real, tangible progress for agencies everywhere”.
The newly elected VoxComm board also includes Paul Bainsfair (Director General, IPA UK), Mariana Panhoni (Executive Director, ABAP Brazil), Marla Kaplowitz (CEO, 4A’s USA) and Scott Knox (CEO, ICA Canada).
Effective immediately, the board will continue to amplify the collective voice of agencies worldwide, strengthening their role in industry policy, business practices, and creative innovation. Key priorities will involve intellectual property rights, media consolidation, and the impact of AI on agency models, with the aim of promoting industry-wide standards.
